But before we get into the details PLEASE NOTE:
The intention for the afternoon and into the evening is to have a sensual energetic and dropped-in deep dive with your partner(s). We encourage and invite you to give yourself spaciousness and extra time for relaxed travel to and for landing at the pool before the evening.
Directions to the venue and everything you need to know and bring are outlined below.
Date and time - Sat 3:00pm
Notes:
You need time to park and we need time to check you in, confirm your negative antigen test, go over a few venue details & have you shower before we start so please do what you need to do to arrive at 3:00.
Schedule:
3:00 Arrive, check-in, drop-in, & connect
3:30 - 7:30pm Opening circle followed by workshop
7:30-8pm Leisurely time for socializing, wind down and setting out the dish you’ve brought to share
8 - 9pm- Potluck dinner integration
Refunds:
Though we will not be able to offer a refund, with 7 days notice we can offer a one-time ‘pay-it-forward’ for a future event credit, valid for 60 days. Exception - In the case of a positive test, symptoms or exposure within 7 days of the workshop, we will also honor the one-time pay-it-forward for a future event credit, valid for 60 days.

Pool location:
Follow the pathway on the right side of the house
Come through the first gate and enter the door on the left side. This is where you can store your items and the warm room we will share our potluck in.
Please use Google Maps and click the “Leave now” button and change it to “Arrive by” and put in 3:00PM & Saturday for the arrival time and day to get realistic drive times.
** Please carpool if you know someone else that’s coming
What to bring:
- A bathing suit that is comfortable and non-restrictive - the pool is kept at a warm 98°
- A Towel
- A robe can be nice too (but optional)
- Flip flops for the shower and deck - be mindful the deck can be hot and or slippery
- Water bottle - you can get dehydrated in the pool
- A dish of your choice to share for the potluck. Note, we will not have a kitchen available for heating dishes so please plan accordingly
