Aquatic Exploration, Liquid Contact Jam & Potluck (October 28)

Come Connect, Dance, Frolic, Play and surrender in warm waters healing embrace at our warm water sanctuary “The Inner Sanctum” in Woodside.

You are invited to join us in an intentional, warm water container of guided exploration, Liquid Contact Jam and time to gather in community as we enjoy a potluck around the fire in the evening. 

All guided by epic soundtracks playing both above and underwater in a womb-temperature pool.

Explore your Authentic Aquatic Expression Via Presence, Attunement & Listening. We will dive deep into connection & somatic communication as we connect with the true essence of the Self, the Other, & the We.

Through authentic expression, listening, & acute awareness we will explore platonic intimacy in the water where you can connect with others as we dance & move our bodies free from mind.

The Water & the Self serve as your teachers as we work to bring you into a place of consent, deepened trust, playfulness, surrender, & deep relaxation.

Suggested Donation Range: $22 – $66

• • – 2 PM Arrive, check-in, drop-in, connect & Inner Sanctum tour
  • – 3 PM to 6 PM

• • – 6 PM Drive to the top of the property for and epic Sunset (clouds permitting)
  • – 7 PM potluck around the fire
  • – 8:30 ish Community clean up and completion around 9pm or so

LOCATION:

Location details will be sent in your ticket confirmation email as well as in a reminder email that will be sent out the day before the event, but know at least that the pool is near Thomas Fogarty Winery on Skyline in the hills of Woodside (about 1hr from Oakland, San Francisco and Santa Cruz)

Health Mindfulness:

If you have been around large groups, risky containers, or are not feeling well, please take a covid test and/or consider staying home. Transmission risks in this container are pretty low but let’s do our best to keep each other safe.

We are so looking forward to seeing you in the warm waters of this sweet little sanctuary!

What to bring:

• • – A Potluck dish to share that is easy to prepare in the evening

• • – A bathing suit or alternate clothing that is comfortable and non-restrictive – the pool is kept warm at 97-98 degrees
  • – A towel
  • – A robe can be nice but optional
  • – Flip flops for the shower and yard.
  • – A water bottle – you can get dehydrated in the pool and hydration is important for a relaxed body.
  • – Some warm and cozy cloths to change into for our potluck around the fire

Overnight Option:

If you prefer not to drive home in the dark, you are welcome to stay the night, just bring your own bedding for a full or queen size mattress, and any food or drink you might desire for the morning.
