We welcome you to join us for a taste of Aguahara’s body of work and to mingle with the greater aquatic community at the Inner Sanctum’s warm water sanctuary on 85 acres in the hills of Woodside, CA.

We, Kellyfish & Joao, the hosts of the Aguahara I training happening in the Bay Area, are thrilled to invite you to join us for single-day experiences with us.

Schedule

  • 1:00-1:30 – Arrival
  • 1:30-2:45 – Meditation, movement, & breathwork
  • 3:00-6:00 pm – Group Aquatic Experience
  • 6:30-8:00 pm – Dinner & integration
  • 8:00 pm – Departure
